Australia: Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on location.
International: Shipping times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. Please note customs delays are outside our control.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll organise a replacement or refund.
Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Return shipping costs for change of mind are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
